PHYSICIANS CAN ONLY RENEW FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 WEEKS WHEN A PHARMACIST SENDS A REQUEST.

Paid street parking on-site. We also have limited parking spots for patients located at the nearby Gaetz Dental Clinic , south side in the back alley.
